Tate Holtzman VT Obituary News: In loving memory of Vermont boy who died following tragic Smugglers’ Notch accident.
On Thursday, July 6 three-year-old Tate Holtzman was involved in a terrible tragedy while at camp. He was rushed to the UVM Medical Center where he was on life support through Saturday.
Unfortunately, on Monday, Tate succumbed to his injuries.
Tate was the sweetest boy whose love and light shone so brightly on all around him.
