Sunrise Highway Motorcycle Accident: Motorcyclist killed in Saturday morning crash in Bohemia.

According to Suffolk County police, a motorcyclist was killed in a collision on Saturday morning near Bohemia.

At around 5:40 a.m. near Exit 49, a man on a motorbike travelling west on Sunrise Highway collided with the back of a box truck, according to police. The rider of the motorbike was brought to a hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

While police continue to look into the fatal collision, Exit 49 on Sunrise Highway’s westbound lanes remained closed. Police have not released the identity of the biker.
