Following a gunshot incident in Frayser, 27-year-old Shuntaria Virgous lost her life, leaving the neighborhood in shock.
Shuntaria was discovered and subsequently declared dead on the 1400 block of Alta Vista on Saturday at 4:50 a.m., according to the Memphis Police Department’s initial response to the scene.
Shuntaria’s bereaved family’s sadness is exacerbated by the fact that she leaves behind two small children, both younger than seven.
