Sadekra Williams Obituary-Death News; University Of South Florida Student, Sadekra Williams Passes Away In A Fatal Accident

On Saturday, a woman who was killed in a collision involving many vehicles that occurred along the Mandela Highway in St. Catherine has been identified.

Sadekra Williams, who was 23 years old and lived at an address in St. Catherine, has passed away.

Williams was a passenger in a Mercedes-Benz SUV that was traveling on the highway toward St. Catherine at approximately 5:45 in the morning when the car crashed with the rear of a parked truck, according to the police report.

The Benz careened and collided with a Suzuki Vitara automobile that was traveling in the same direction as the Benz. This occurred as a result of the collision.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Gary McKenzie, who is in charge of the Public Safety and Traffic Enforcement Branch (PSTEB) of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), stated that investigations are currently being conducted to determine whether or not the deadly collision was caused by reckless driving.

At the Six Miles checkpoint, the vehicle had just passed a speed check station, according to our information. “An investigation is being carried out to determine whether or not there was a manner of driving that amounts to driving and causing death by dangerous driving or manslaughter,” he told Observer Online. “The investigation is being carried out to ensure that the proper determination is made.”

Williams was killed at the hospital after suffering severe injuries and was pronounced dead there.

As far as the police are concerned, there were no additional major injuries.

It has been established that Williams had arrived back on the island earlier this week after spending some time in the United States, where she had been attending the University of South Florida.
