Riverside County Sheriff’s Department identify six people killed in a small plane crash near the French Valley Airport in Murrieta

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department has now identified the six fatalities in a small plane crash near the French Valley Airport in Murrieta early Saturday morning as; Pilots, 25-year-old Riese Lenders of Rancho Palos Verdes and 32-year-old Manuel Vargas-Regalado of Temecula and his wife, 33-year-old Abigail Tellez-Vargas, 46-year-old Ibrahem and 51-year-old Alma Razick of Temecula – and 31-year-old Lindsey Gleiche of Huntington Beach.

Early on Saturday morning in Murrieta, California, a Cessna business jet crashed close to French Valley Airport, according to the FAA.

The Riverside County sheriff’s office said that all six passengers on board were discovered deceased at the site.

Around 4:15 a.m. local time, the airplane from Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas crashed about 65 miles north of San Diego, according to the FAA.

An acre of vegetation was destroyed by the fire before it was suppressed, according to a tweet from Cal Fire, after the plane crashed in a field.

The National Transportation Safety Board and FAA will conduct an investigation.
