Mitchell Boggs Car Accident: In an automobile accident, Mitchell Boggs, 58, of Marietta, and Avonlea Holtzclaw, 29, of Dahlonega, along with three other people, including children, died.

On July 16, 2023, in the late afternoon, a collision in Habersham County claimed the lives of five people.

The additional victims of the automobile accident that occurred on Tommy Irvin Parkway near Mt. Zion Road were not identified by name by the authorities.

The deadly crash happened on Tommy Irvin Parkway near Mt. Zion Road at around 3:30 in the afternoon, according to the police.

The inquiry revealed that a Ford Explorer was struck in the front as it attempted to exit the freeway and turn onto Mt. Zion Road by a Chevrolet Corvette.

Everyone inside the Corvette and the SUV perished when the fire immediately spread across both vehicles.

The police have named the owners of the Corvette and the Explorer as Mitchell Boggs, 58, of Marietta, and Avonlea Holtzclaw, 29, of Dahlonega. Both took part in the mishap.

Two young passengers in the Ford Explorer were aged between five and six. Who was seated in the Corvette’s passenger seat is still unknown.
