Mary Somerville, 39 and Jaime Carsi, 40, were both found at a holiday home in Majorca on May 6. She was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

The sad news hit the net on Friday that Mrs Somerville, from Abriachan in the Highlands, died in an Edinburgh hospice on July 2. May the soul rest in peace.

Ms Somerville and Mr Carsi were reportedly married two weeks before the incident and were both said to be going on a boat trip and the alarm was raised when they didn’t show up.

Ms Somerville and Mr Carsi were just wedded couples in Edinburgh, and were staying at a rural estate in Cala Mesquida, in the northeast of the island.

Ms Somerville, a former Lloyds bank employee, was a yoga teacher and breathing instructor at the non-profit Art of Living Foundation in Edinburgh.

Ms Somerville will be greatly missed by her loved ones and family especially her beloved husband who just got wedded to, May her soul rest in peace.

She was known as a talented harpist, often playing at events organized by the Edinburgh Interfaith Association. Mr. Carsi was an analyst for a Scottish investment management firm.
