Marvin Oraiha has been identified as the 24 years old man who was shot dead on May 22, 2023, whose killed was now arrested on Wednesday 2023. May his soul rest in peace.
Marvin Oraiha was reportedly shot multiple times while sitting in the driveway of his parents’ house on Hertfordshire St in Elizabeth Hills, south-west Sydney, around 4pm. m. by an unidentified shooter, who has now been arrested on Wednesday.
A 22 years old shooter has been identified as the killer of Marvin and has now been arrested on Wednesday, by detectives from the strike force and officers from the Raptor Squad, he was arrested at a house in Roselands and was charged with the murder of Mr. Oraiha.
The said killer who was arrested was also charged with two counts of carrying and driving without the consent of the owner, possessing an unauthorized handgun, and participating in a criminal group, contributing to criminal activity.
The 24 years old victim has reported informed his girlfriend to flee the car once he saw the gunmen with witnesses who reportedly heard bloodcurdling screams and saw a woman running out of the car before that Mr. Oraiha was fatally shot.
The 24 years old victim could not be rescued but died on the spot after he was shot dead. May his soul rest in peace and may his family be strengthened to bear the lost.
After the arrest of the years old suspect, police stated that they discovered ammunition, an expandable baton, gel guns, a taser, cloned registration plates, substances believed to be prohibited drugs, clothing, more than $3,000 in cash and cellphones relevant to their investigation.
After discovery, police claim that all items will undergo a forensic examination. The shooting of the 24 years old was described as “brazen”. “I think it’s as bad as it gets, it’s a horrible crime,” said Acting Detective Superintendent Virginia Gorman.
