Larry Wright Jr Death News: 21-Year-Old Larry Wright Jr Dies In Montgomery Shooting Two Face Capital Murder Charges

Twenty-one-year-old Larry Wright Jr. perished in a terrible incident outside a restaurant in Montgomery, and authorities have charged two people, including Myeesha Townsend, 19, with capital murder.

The victim’s identity was revealed by Montgomery police Maj. Saba Coleman on Friday night, with a focus on the capital murder charges brought against Townsend, 19, and Waters, 23.

The gunshot incident that took place in the 6800 block of Eastchase Parkway on Thursday about 2:55 p.m. was determined by the police to be domestic in nature. A commotion and a gunshot were reported in the distress call from outside the Juicy Crab.

Larry Wright Jr. was discovered dead when Montgomery police and fire medics arrived at the scene.

Subsequent inquiry found that the suspect, named as Jaden Waters, was being treated at a nearby hospital for gunshot wounds. Thankfully, his wounds did not pose a serious risk to his life.

Authorities have not released any information about the shooting’s circumstances while they continue their investigation.

At 7:13 p.m. on Friday, Myeesha Townsend was taken into custody and placed under arrest at the Montgomery County Detention Facility.

She is being detained without bond at the moment.
