Kevin Frazier Accident News; 64 Years Old Fawn Grove Man, Kevin Frazier Passes Away In A Fatal Accident

It has been reported by the Pennsylvania State Police that Kevin D. Frazier, 64, of Fawn Grove, was riding his 2022 Ducati Monster motorcycle while wearing his helmet at the time of the fatal accident.

In the first block of West Main Street/Route 851, Frazier was speeding and following a car driven by a 17-year-old kid in a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado too closely. When the boy slowed down for passing traffic, Frazier slammed into the back of the boy’s vehicle, according to a release from the public safety department.

According to the report that Trooper Olivia Gard is responsible for, the collision took place at 3:04 on December 13th.

Frazier was pronounced dead at 5:18 p.m., after Deputy Coroner Michele Kirchner was dispatched to the scene at around 3:34 p.m. to conduct an investigation and certify the death.

Trooper Gard provided the following information regarding the teen boy: he was not injured and was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the collision.

Gard mentioned that if Frazier had survived, he may have been issued a citation for “driving at a safe speed.” The speed that is listed in the area is 35 miles per hour, as displayed on Google Maps. Frazier’s speed is unclear.

Between Market Street and Kennard-Dale High School, Main Street remained closed and closed until 6:30 p.m., when it was reopened.

A standard toxicological test was carried out, however there will not be an autopsy, according to the explanation provided by the coroner, Pam Gay. The official cause of his accidental death was ruled to be blunt force trauma, according to Gay’s findings.
