Jordan Pfleghaar Obituary News: Resident Of Denver City in Colorado, Jordan Pfleghaar Passed Away Unexpectedly

Jordan Pfleghaar Obituary, Death Cause: After a valiant fight with cancer, James Robert Pfleghaar, 63, of Jordan, Minnesota, passed away at his home on Friday, August 3, 2012. His life served as an example of tenacity, love, and a profound appreciation for life’s small pleasures. We honor his legacy and the influence he had on others around him as we consider his journey. In Minneapolis, Minnesota, on December 30, 1948, Glenn and Ethel Pfleghaar welcomed James, who went by Jim, into the world. Before his family moved to Shakopee in 1956, he was born and raised in Cologne, Minnesota. Jim studied at Shakopee Senior High School, where he earned his 1966 diploma. He developed a strong work ethic and a passion for his family and community during his formative years.

A Love Story

Jim wed Alice Marie Wagener, the joy of his life, on November 24, 1973. Together, they lived their lives and realized their aspirations, making their union a monument to unwavering love and cooperation. They lived in Shakopee until 1996, when they moved to Jordan to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and the splendor of the natural world. Before he retired in 2006, Jim devoted many years of his life to his position as a grain weighing supervisor for the Minneapolis Grain Exchange. His love for caring for his family and making sure they were comfortable and happy rivaled his dedication to his career.

An Avid Fisherman and Nature Lover

Jim loved the great outdoors, and he was an enthusiastic angler with a wealth of fish stories to tell. The beauty of nature brought Jim delight and comfort, whether he was fishing or just telling stories by the campfire. Spending time with his loved ones, savoring life’s little joys and making enduring memories, was one of his most treasured moments. In his later years, Jim found contentment in the quiet country setting and the love of his family. He delighted in watching his garden come to life, taking care of the land, and seeing it flourish. He loved being outside and taking in the views and sounds of nature, so he would often spend his evenings on his deck.

Cherished Family Man

Jim was above all a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Above all, he loved his family and took tremendous pleasure in seeing them happy and healthy. His unwavering love had no boundaries, and he devoted his life to supporting and providing for his loved ones at their highs and lows. We have many happy recollections of James Robert Pfleghaar’s well-lived life and his loving and compassionate legacy. His smiles, his insights, and his unflinching faith will live on in the memories of anyone who had the honor of knowing him. Even though he is no longer with us, his love and the memories we had together carry on his spirit.
