Jeremiah Valle Obituary Ansonia: Emmett O’Brien Technical High School student killed in tragic Stratford car accident.

Authorities in Stratford have confirmed that a Tuesday crash claimed the life of an Ansonia student.

According to Stratford police, the collision occurred in the 500 block of Surf Avenue at around seven in the morning on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. The sole occupant of the single vehicle involved in the crash was the student.

After being taken to a hospital, he passed away.

The student has been unofficially identified as Jeremiah Valle.

Valle attended Emmett O’Brien Technical High School, a technical high school located in Ansonia, Connecticut. It is in the Connecticut Technical Education and Career System. O’ Brien Tech receives students from many nearby towns.

Students would have access to both the school’s counseling staff and outside bereavement counselors on Tuesday.
