Jayanta Das, a veteran Indian actor and director who was popularly known for his Assamese comedy serial ‘Bharaghar’, is dead. Jayanta Das passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 54.
At the time of his death, Das was suffering from liver problems. He was being treated at the Apollo Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit in Guwahati.
