Brad A. Bracken, Jay’s half-brother, predeceased him. He is survived by : his parents, Steven Bracken (Vicki) of East Dubuque, IL and Lynn Schuler Bracken (James) of Waterloo; his brother Joshua Bracken (Kristy Eichenberger) of Waterloo; his step-siblings, Eric Murphy of Des Moines and Michelle Bechen of Dubuque; his close friend Lori Treeloar of Waterloo; and his friends, Steve Haley, Adam Anderson, Jeremy High, Jeremy Heller, James Degenhardt, Chris Weichman and Zach Davis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
