Police were able to determine the identity of the person who was killed in the collision that occurred on Thursday near the intersection of Palo Alto Avenue and 15th Street.
James Bruce Talley, who was 64 years old and worked in Bay County, was the person who was driving the motorcycle. As a result of his injuries, Talley passed away at Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Hospital, according to the police report.
