Dr. Gregory Alexander Cox, a well-known physician assistant from Flagstaff, Arizona, was identified as one of the two people who died in a road traffic collision in Kayenta o Tuesday, October 10.

According to reports, the fatal collision which involved a semi trailer truck occurred late on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, close to BIA-6486 and US-160 Eastbound.

The serious collision scene required the assistance of law enforcement. One victim was found seriously injured in a car when officers from the Kayenta Police Department and Kayenta Fire Department arrived.

Reports state that Dr. Gregory Alexander Cox was a passenger in a car that struck a guardrail before veering off the road. The incident took place about ten o’clock. Following his injuries, the doctor was declared dead.

A second victim was hurt in the event, and she has been named as practitioner Lindsey Watson, who works at the Harmonising Healthcare acupuncture clinic.
