In a community in Orange County, California, close to the intersection of Bake Parkway and Commerce Centre Drive, a tragic collision occurred soon before midnight.
The same car’s two occupants perished there. They were identified by their loved ones as Malia Madriaga and Giselle “Gigi” Padilla.
Hospitalized was one person. This person’s condition wasn’t immediately known. At first, it wasn’t obvious what led to the accident.
Lake Forest Crash Incident;
At Bake Parkway and Commerce Centre Drive in Lake Forest, a two-vehicle collision claimed the lives of two young women on Thursday night.
Sheriff’s Sgt. Frank Gonzalez reported that the collision was first reported at 10:55 p.m.
Gonzalez reported that two people in one of the vehicles passed away at the spot. They were both in their 20s.
According to Gonzalez, the driver of the second vehicle was a lady who was transported to a hospital after suffering minor injuries. Since then, she has been freed.
It is unknown what triggered the collision. Authorities are looking into whether intoxication or speed played a role.
