My ride-and-die buddy, Jennifer Brockman, suffered the greatest loss a mom has to endure: the loss of her oldest son, Evan Girdler, aged 32,He was one of the kindest, sweetest guys, leaving behind his fiancee and a beautiful baby girl to try to pick up the pieces of their lives left behind such a tragic loss. I’m asking you to pls help if you can so they are able to just grieve without all the added worry such a loss consumes, We miss you Evan. Gone far too soon
Evan Girdler Education and Career
Evan Girdler began his educational journey at Santa Rosa Junior College, where he first explored the culinary arts. In 2012, he decided to broaden his academic horizons and enrolled in the Business Administration program at SRJC. His career started at HopMonk Tavern Novato, marking the beginning of a professional journey filled with a wide range of culinary experiences.
From May 2013 to August 2014, Evan worked as a line cook at Healdsburg Bar & Grill. After that, he showcased his culinary skills at the girl and the fig in Sonoma, California, serving as a line cook from August 2014 to August 2016.
Adding to his culinary experience, Evan took on the position of former sous chef at PF Chang’s China Bistro in Chula Vista, California, from September 2016 to May 2018.
Evan’s culinary career reached its peak when he served as the former executive sous chef at Blanco Tacos + Tequila from May 31, 2018, to May 2021. With a wealth of experience under his belt, he advanced his career by becoming an executive chef at Lovina, where he demonstrated his culinary skills and dedication to the art of gastronomy.
