Evan Michael Ames of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 7, 2023, as a result of injuries sustained in a road traffic collision.

Evan was just 20 years old.

Evan was a former Bismarck Larks and Chipola Baseball alum.

He is survived by his parents, Jerome Ames and Traci Ames of Fort Myers, FL; his brother Cole Christopher Ames of Fort Myers, FL; his grandfather Troy Eugene James; and his aunt Lisa Shacklette of Fort Myers, FL. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members and friends.
