Dr. Sanders served as a professor at Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, New York. Additionally, he held the position of president at Global Leadership, Inc., where he focused on cultivating leaders, national pastors, and missionaries across over 30 countries. Dr. Sanders was a devoted father of four grown children and a loving husband.

He had an impressive educational background, having graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Arrow Leadership, Northeastern Illinois University, Trinity International University, and Toccoa Falls College.
