At the age of 51, he left this earth on February 11, 2024. The people who were fortunate enough to have known and loved DeWayne during their lives will always cherish his memory.
Before DeWayne arrived on the scene, the Fulmer family, which included his adored grandparents Bill and Madeline, had already passed away.
People who are mourning his departure today include his lovely wife, Julie Holt Fulmer, and two of his wonderful sisters, Lea Headrick (Spencer) and Rhonda Fulmer (Lonzo).
