On New Year’s Day, a third victim, Dawn Revette, died as a result of injuries she received from being hit by a car in a crosswalk.

The incident happened outside the Kodak Center in Rochester. The sad news was announced by the Rochester police on Friday.

The now-deceased 35-year-old Michael Avery was driving a rented Ford Expedition when it collided with a ride-sharing vehicle, resulting in a catastrophic catastrophe.

Avery was driving erratically in the direction of people crossing the street outside the event venue when the collision happened.
