Christina Luciano Death – Obituary: In Loving Memory of Christina Luciano

Christina Luciano died on December 15, 2023, leaving behind fond memories and a love legacy. She was the adored mother of Paul and Luca, the focus of her universe. Christina was the beloved daughter of Maria (née Abbruzzi) and the late John Luciano, carrying on her family’s strength and charm.

Announcing her passing, William M. Meredith School wrote, “We are devastated to hear of the passing of Christina Luciano on December 15, 2023. The entire community is feeling this deep loss because Christina touched so many lives, at Meredith and beyond. Her devotion to the Meredith community, teachers, staff, and families was unlike anything else. Christina was the embodiment of a Meredith star, and she lit up every room with her beautiful smile & generous spirit.”

Her brothers, John Luciano and Rocco (Kristin) Luciano, will miss her terribly, and Olivia, Giulia, Emma, John John, Gianna, Gabriella, and Rocco Luciano will remember her lovingly as a wonderful aunt. Christina’s kindness and devotion influenced the lives of her aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends, leaving an unforgettable mark on everyone who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the visitation from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, followed by a funeral liturgy at 11:30 a.m. at Saint Paul’s Church, 923 Christian St., Philadelphia, PA 19147. The interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Mighty Writers, 901 S 9th St. Unit 622, Philadelphia, PA 19148, to celebrate Christina’s love for literacy and education.

While Christina’s physical presence is no longer with us, her energy, generosity, and love will live on in the hearts of those she touched. May her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
