Chloe Hodge Obituary-Death News; Beloved 17 Years Old Student Of Indian Lake School Passes Away In A Tragic Accident
Chloe Hodge was a beloved member of the Indian Lake School community who unexpectedly went away. On January 27, 2023, a Saturday, her death was formally declared.
On Thursday, January 25, she suffered injuries in a sad accident and later passed away. Nolan Purk, a 17-year-old junior from Indian Lake, also perished in the single-vehicle collision on December 2.
In the aftermath of the second student fatality from Indian Lake Schools in less than two months, the Waynesfield Police Department would like to offer its deepest condolences to the friends, family, and Indian Lake community at large.
Since both of these tragedies will have far-reaching effects that go well beyond Indian Lake, the Waynesfield Police Department asks that people remember to keep the entire region in their prayers and thoughts.
It is evident by the outpouring of love, support, and kindness from our community, family, and friends that she was a bright light that affected many.
The stories state that the woman who was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol struck her car, causing the collision.
Her loved ones were her first priority in life and she cherished them. “She is the most loving and kind soul I’ve ever met,” her grandmother said.
