On January 1, 2024, Brady Allen Hertel departed gently into paradise at home with his devoted family at his side. Brady’s birthday is December 11, 1987.
Brady had a contagious chuckle and was witty and naughty.
He cherished spending time on his dad’s motorcycles and lawn mowers.
No matter where he was going, he was always prepared to go. Bowling, fishing, painting, camping, blowing kisses, laughing with his buddies, and kissing and drawing hair on his baby dolls were some of his favorite pastimes.
Brady cherished his dogs, who enjoyed cuddling up on the couch next to him.
Brady also delighted in attending the band concerts and athletic competitions of Andrea and Kaitlynn at Thunder Basin High School and Sage Valley Junior High School.
Brady leaves behind his mother, Brenda Jo Brown; father, Danny Hertel; brothers, Derrick (Jen) and Brandon (Devanie); cherished long-term caregiver, Tamara Blesi, whom he called mom; bonus sisters, Andrea and Kaitlynn Pearson; grandmother Bernice Hertel; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. His uncle Gaylen Hertel, grandparents Allen “Peewee” and Letha Brown, and grandfather Willie Hertel all passed away before him.
Brady’s memorial ceremonies will take place at Walker Funeral Home on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Brady’s memorial and condolences can be given to Gillette Memorial Chapel, 210 West 5th Street, Gillette, WY 82716, attention of the chapel.
