Makai Williams Obituary Raytown, MO: In loving memory of teen killed in Raytown dog attack.

Authorities have now identified Makai Williams, a 15-year-old Raytown resident, as the victim of an apparent dog attack on Tuesday, November 14th.

Williams was pronounced dead from injuries sustained in the attack by the Raytown Police.

At about 3:36 p.m. on November 14, 2023, Raytown Police were called to a home in the 9300 block of East 77 Street in reference to a male subject who was not responding. When they got there, they saw a male, fifteen years old, with multiple serious injuries. After being taken to a nearby hospital, the boy passed away on November 17 from his wounds. It was established that the victim had been mauled by a dog.

Two dogs that appear to be mixed-breed American Bullies have been impounded from the residence.

No arrest have been made yet, as investigation is ongoing.
