Trevor Chykerda, Man Described as a Dangerous Man in Fort Saskatchewan, Obituary News


The Fort Saskatchewan police officer has identified 32-year-old Trevor Chykerda and described him as a dangerous man after being spotted with two guns.

The police describe Trevor Chykerda, 32, as being five-foot-six inches tall, with a heavy build, brown hair, brown eyes, and wearing all dark clothing.

Residents in the Pineview neighborhood are advised to immediately shelter in place, stay inside, lock doors and windows, and do not approach the suspect.

“Do not report on police locations,” police said. “If you are not in this area, stay away.”

Fort Saskatchewan is approximately 36 kilometers northeast of Edmonton.

According to a police alert, at precisely 9:53 a.m., a man identified as Trevor Chykerda, 32, reportedly engaged in a firearms incident within the Pineview community. Authorities have reason to believe that the individual remains within the vicinity, potentially armed with two firearms. In the latest update at 1:13 p.m., the Fort Saskatchewan RCMP has confirmed that their officers have arrived at a residential complex located at the intersection of 99 Avenue and Highway 15.
