We have learned of the pastor of the First Baptist Church in Phenix City’s purportedly unbiblical actions. We are sending prayers to the church family’s leaders as they work to ascertain the veracity of these charges.
We pray for the pastor and his family as well as ourselves as God’s people. The leadership of the Russell Baptist Association is being consulted as they work to support the First Baptist family in this extremely trying time.
According to recently discovered information, F.L. “Bubba” Copeland, the mayor of Smiths Station, may have published explicit images of individuals online without their consent and written sexy fiction about killing a real-life business owner in order to take her life. Copeland posted at least four fiction pieces to a website throughout time.
Mayor Copeland was reportedly called, and the account that had shared the photo was subsequently deleted, according to 1819 News. Online software can still be used to read older posts, though.
