Kelly L. Poeppelman of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, passed away at the age of 38 on Sunday, October 22, 2023, leaving behind her parents, brother, grandmother and members of her extended family.

Kelly was born in San Antonio, Texas, on April 7, 1985, to John and Leigh Poeppelman. She graduated from Elkhart Memorial High School in 2003 and from Florida State University in 2008.

She worked as a bar manager in the Santa Rosa Beach area. Kelly loved the beach and never met a stranger.
