Carolyn’s family said she graduated from Slippery Rock University in May, realising her dream of becoming a teacher. She taught special education and youth work at a preschool run by UPMC.
She enjoyed being with her pals and laughing. Carolyn’s years of involvement at Sarah Heinz House taught her the value of embracing people from all backgrounds.
She fought tenaciously for everyone to get civil and equitable treatment. Along with being an animal lover, she was also a fur parent to her dog Mocha, whom she shared with her partner Tyson.
Her father T.S. Roberts, brother Timmy Roberts, and mother Michele Pail will all miss her dearly. Her family is in need of your assistance in finalising plans to bury Sissy because of her unexpected passing. Any sum will be beneficial.
