John J. Bintliff Arrested: Pennsauken Man, John J. Bintliff, Charged in Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash in Gloucester County
John J. Bintliff Arrested; 61-year-old John J. Bintliff was allegedly driving a van that struck and killed a 45-year-old Williamstown man as he crossed the Black Horse Pike near Corkery Lane on August 4th.
Using nearby surveillance video footage, authorities were able to locate the owner of the van, who told them he had lent that vehicle to Bintliff so he could do some construction work at a home in Williamstown.
Bintliff was charged with second-degree knowingly leaving the scene of an auto accident resulting in death. He is being held in the Salem County Correctional Facility pending a detention hearing.
