Devin Williams Shooting; Victim, Devin Williams Passes Away in Indianapolis Shooting
thirty-five IN’s Logansport After the untimely loss of her father Devin Williams, Perfectly Kelsey, a popular TikTok user, asked her community of followers to offer prayers for her daughter Kobe. Devin was reportedly discovered dead on Monday morning from a gunshot wound. Kobe, the daughter of Kelsey Pumel, was fathered by Devin Williams.
The University of Southern Indiana graduate died as a result of the incident that occurred on Monday, October 23, 2023, at six in the morning. The sad event happened in a house north of the intersection of Arlington Avenue and Thompson Road, in the vicinity of the 5900 block of Riva Ridge Drive.
Devin Williams reportedly died from a gunshot wound that he had initially reported to police authorities as having been self-inflicted. Inquiries conducted further revealed that, according to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Information Officer Samone Burris, there was another person involved in the event. “IMPD is not actively searching for any additional individuals; one person has been detained.” Investigators think they have identified every person involved.
The identity of the suspect charged for murder in connection to the incident was not immediately released by the family.

Though our paths in life were different, love was always present! I’m having a lot on my mind, and I’m having trouble processing this news!
