Following a tragic finding at the well-known Springbrook National Park in Gold Coast, Australia, Queensland Police have announced that the search for a missing partner of the KPMG Consulting firm has come to an end.
Law enforcement reports that the body of a 43-year-old father of one child and the remains of a 7-year-old man, who was also reported missing from Thornlands since July 31, have been found together. David reportedly struggled with depression and committed suicide as a result.
Law enforcement agencies indicate that on October 22, police found the body of the man who had been reported missing from New Farm. During a search of Springbrook National Park, police discovered the 43-year-old man’s car close by and his body around 5:00 p.m. yesterday.
Police discovered a body they thought to be that of a 75-year-old man who was reported missing from Thornlands on July 31 while searching for the missing man from New Farm.
After the 75-year-old man’s vehicle was discovered in the vicinity on August 3, a thorough search of Springbrook National Park was carried out, but the guy was not found. There is no connection between the fatalities, so there is no reason for suspicion. The coroner will get reports from the police.
Thornlands resident William Marshall was last seen on July 10. August 3 saw the discovery of his car, but authorities haven’t yet been able to locate him.There is no suspicion that their deaths were unusual. Ibels lived in New Farm with his wife and small kid, and on Saturday, his family said he was leaving. The discovery prompted a combined police and QFES operation at the location.
