Meredith, New Hampshire Car Accident: In Meredith, New Hampshire, a distressing incident unfolded on Friday night as a vehicle collided with the popular Hart’s Turkey Farm Restaurant, resulting in “major damage” and injuries to two individuals within.
Around 8:30 p.m. on the Daniel Webster Highway in Meredith, a white SUV rammed into the restaurant’s front, causing notable destruction to both the exterior and interior, as depicted in the images from the scene.
Among those injured were a 76-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman who were present inside the restaurant at the time of the crash. The man, who sustained serious injuries, necessitated hospitalisation for medical attention.
Meredith police initially discovered the 51-year-old driver in an unresponsive state. Subsequently, the individual was apprehended for driving under the influence, shedding light on the potential cause of the accident.
The Hart family, custodians of the restaurant since 1954, expressed their relief on social media, stating that despite the harrowing event, all individuals emerged physically unharmed.
