Tonya Clark, John Leehey and Glen Sprowl Jr. Death; Identified As Three Victims Killed in Cook’s Corner Mass Shooting

In the latest update regarding the Trabuco Canyon mass shooting, the identities of the three individuals who tragically lost their lives have been officially disclosed.

In a tragic incident at Cook’s Corner pub in Orange County, three individuals have been identified as the victims of a fatal shooting. The deceased have been identified as Tonya Clark, a 49-year-old resident of Scottsdale, Ariz., Glen Sprowl Jr., a 53-year-old resident of Stanton, and John Leehey, a 67-year-old resident of Irvine. Regrettably, all three individuals were pronounced dead at the scene.

In a press release issued on Friday afternoon, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department Coroner Division has officially disclosed the names of the individuals involved. Following a thorough process of confirming their identities and ensuring that their next of kin have been notified, the department has made this information public.

In a tragic incident at Cook’s Corner in Trabuco Canyon, three individuals lost their lives. The victims have been identified as John Leehey, a 67-year-old resident of Irvine, Tonya Clark, a 49-year-old from Scottsdale, Arizona, and Glen Sprowl Jr., a 53-year-old from Stanton.

In a tragic turn of events, the gunman, identified as retired police sergeant John Snowling, met his demise when he was shot and killed by sheriff’s deputies who swiftly arrived at the scene.

In the shooting incident, Snowling not only caused harm to six individuals but also injured his estranged wife, Marie.

In a notable turn of events, Tonya Clark, a female acquaintance, was seen enjoying a meal alongside Marie Snowling at the renowned Cook’s Corner establishment that evening. According to investigators, John Snowling allegedly shot his estranged wife first before turning his aim towards Clark, striking her with a single shot. In a tragic turn of events, a courageous man found himself face-to-face with the shooter in the parking lot just outside the bar.

A prayer vigil has been scheduled for Friday at 7 p.m. at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, in order to offer support to the families affected by the incident.

Out of the six individuals who sustained injuries, it has been reported that two were initially classified as being in critical condition at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo. In a recent update, the hospital has refrained from disclosing any names but has shared the following details, which were accurate as of early Friday afternoon:

In a concerning development, two patients are currently in critical condition. The first patient, an adult male, has sustained a gunshot wound to the chest. The severity of his injuries is causing great concern among medical professionals. Meanwhile, the second patient, an adult female, has been stabilised and subsequently transferred to UCI Medical Centre in Orange. The condition of both patients remains precarious, and medical teams are working diligently to provide them with the necessary care.

Four adult male patients are currently in stable condition. Three individuals have been released since then. In a recent development, an individual has undergone surgery to address a bullet wound sustained in their arm. The individual is currently in the process of recovering from the procedure. According to reports, the remaining individuals involved in the incident sustained only minor injuries.
