Tyrone Roberts Death: Authorities identifies a man found dead on Glensford Drive.
According to the Fayetteville Police Department’s, Detectives with the Homicide Unit are conducting a death investigation behind the Circle K on Glensford Drive.
On August 1, 2023 at approximately 9:52 a.m. officers with the Fayetteville Police Department responded to the Circle K on Glensford Drive to a report of a deceased male located near the car wash of the business.
Upon arriving on scene, officers located an unknown deceased male that have been identified as
46 years old, Tyrone Roberts, a black male. His family has been notified.
Upon arriving on scene, officers located an unknown deceased male in the wooded area near the car wash of Circle K. Detectives with the Homicide Unit are actively working to identify the deceased.
This is an active investigation. Additional information will be released as it is available.
